Field Sales Training Manager

What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. This position is a US-based field leadership position reporting directly to the Inflammation National Field Manager of Learning & Performance (L&P). This role is responsible for delivering the onboarding (PHASE 1,2, and 3) curriculum for ENBREL, OTEZLA brand for the SLATE and INDIGO teams. This role will also partner with a regional RSD and their DM Team to upskill the SLATE and INDIGO sales teams in the following areas: sales skills, product and disease knowledge, access and reimbursement and eye for business. You will coordinate with Marketing and other field training roles across the company to adapt the curriculum as necessary and ensure new staff are successful in their new role.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master’s degree and 2 years of training and sales and/or marketing experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of training and sales and/or marketing experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of training and sales and/or marketing experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of training and sales and/or marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of training, sales and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries
  • Product sales experience, Enbrel, Prolia, Remicade and Humira preferred
  • Experience defining training goals and objectives with key internal clients, and establishing, communicating and managing teams to timelines and financial targets
  • Experience working with sales team, regulatory, legal, compliance, vendor management
  • Ability to learn clinical information and adapt to curriculum
  • Experience with instructional design, particularly workshop development and delivery
  • Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate multiple projects in a diligent environment
  • Strong business acumen to focus Staff on the opportunity within territories
  • Communication skills (Best in class coaching and selling skills)
  • Understanding of Access & Reimbursement environment

The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $135,400 - $172,111.
